At B.L.A.S.T., we are dedicated to eradicating sex trafficking and empowering communities. Through our core initiatives, we provide comprehensive programs and resources that foster change, uplift survivors, and create a world free from exploitation. EMPOWERHER

EmpowerHer is a transformative program designed to equip young girls and women of color with the skills and mindset needed to thrive as entrepreneurs. Through entrepreneurship education, mentorship, and self-confidence building, EmpowerHer empowers participants to create their own businesses and become leaders in their communities.

The PeerPreneur Program is a life-changing initiative that trains survivors of sex trafficking to become mentors and advocates. By providing survivors with the necessary tools and support, the program empowers them to share their experiences, provide guidance to others facing similar challenges, and become catalysts for positive change in their communities.

SYSTEMATIC CHANGE INITIATIVE

The Systematic Change Initiative focuses on addressing the underlying causes of sex trafficking through policy advocacy and collaboration. By working with organizations, policymakers, and communities, BLAST aims to bring about sustainable and systemic change that tackles issues such as poverty, gender inequality, and lack of opportunities, ultimately reducing the prevalence of sex trafficking.

A.M.E.N

The AMEN Program mobilizes churches and ministries to actively combat sex trafficking through comprehensive online training modules. By educating and empowering individuals within religious institutions, the program equips them with the knowledge and resources to take action against sex trafficking and create safer communities for all.

We advocate for policies and practices that address the root causes of trafficking, providing culturally sensitive and trauma-informed services to survivors, and educating stakeholders on the intersections of trafficking and oppression.

We provide training and resources to law enforcement, social service providers, and the general public, and advocating for anti-trafficking education in schools and universities.
